Our take
I would book Barrudada Palace for the pool and the practical services. A year-round outdoor pool, a buffet breakfast, room service and a 24-hour front desk are useful in Boa Vista's heat, and pets are welcome. A 7.1 rating across 363 reviews tells me service and upkeep may be uneven, so I would not choose it for a special occasion. For a functional, base near the Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, it works.
- ✓Take advantage of the year-round outdoor swimming pool to cool off after exploring Boa Vista.
- ✓The hotel is pet-friendly, so bring your furry friends along for the trip.
- ✓Walk to Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, which is just a short distance from the hotel.

Why guests love itBarrudada Palace Hotel is a three-star hotel in Boa Vista with air-conditioned family rooms and private bathrooms. It has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi, a buffet breakfast, a 24-hour front desk and room service, and pets are welcome. It stands near the Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Carmo. The 7.1 rating from 363 reviews is modest, so I would recommend it as a practical, pool-equipped base rather than a polished stay.
