Our take

I would choose Flat Three Marias for value and flexibility. Apartment-style units, some with a kitchen, let guests prepare their own meals, free parking and WiFi save small costs, and pets are welcome. It is smoke-free and close to local dining and shopping, so errands are easy. A 7.8 rating from 275 reviews tells me to expect a simple, budget-friendly stay rather than hotel-style service, and I would ask about the kitchen when booking.
