Our take
Hotel Alpinus is a simple 2-star in Joinville with air-conditioned family rooms, city views and private bathrooms, each with a minibar, TV and wardrobe. A 7.9 from 82 reviews is fair. Room service, a 24-hour front desk, free private parking and a breakfast with buffet and à la carte choices cover the practical side. I would book it for a short stay by car, with a dog if needed.
