Our take
I recommend Hotel Mais Lazer to families and couples who want their leisure on site in Joinville. The outdoor pool, a separate kids' pool, a games room, the spa and the fitness centre cover a full day, and the buffet breakfast and bar handle the rest. Pets are accepted, which is still uncommon at this level. Its strengths are inside the hotel rather than in the city. A score of 9.0 from 94 reviews backs that up.

- ✓If travelling with children, make sure to explore the dedicated kids' pool and games room.
- ✓Enjoy the buffet breakfast each morning, it offers a wide selection of fresh local items.

Why guests love itHotel Mais Lazer is one of the more family-minded addresses in Joinville. Besides the outdoor pool there is a dedicated kids' pool and a games room, so children have their own space, while parents can use the spa and fitness centre.
