Our take
Business travellers, solo guests and drivers arriving with a pet get exceptional value here, and the near-perfect rating reflects consistency rather than luxury. Families are properly catered for with family rooms. Travellers who want a pool, a gym, a restaurant or a garden should choose a four-star tower instead, because this office hotel concentrates entirely on the room and the service around it.
- ✓Book early, because a rating of 9 in a city with limited stock means this office hotel fills first during the week.
- ✓Confirm the pet arrangement directly, since pets are allowed but the limits on size and number are not published.
- ✓Use the room service rather than driving out at night, as the hotel sits away from the central restaurant strip.
